Because every order is made to order, production typically takes 2–4 weeks before shipment, depending on materials and complexity. Your estimated timeline is confirmed before you approve your order.
2. Shipping and delivery
We ship nationwide within the United States using established carriers. Transit time is in addition to production time and varies by destination.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown on your quote or at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we provide tracking information so you can follow its progress to your door.
5. Damaged in transit
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a repair, remake, or claim with the carrier.
6. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. Re-shipping costs for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address may be charged to you.
