These Terms of Service govern your use of the Auto Summit Inc website and your purchase of our made-to-order products. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-order products

All products are custom manufactured to your specifications and to the make and model of your vehicle. Because each item is built to order, colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from photos or samples due to the nature of natural and manufactured materials.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and any required deposit or payment is received. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and specification details.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We may require full or partial payment before production begins on custom work.

5. Production and timelines

Estimated turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks and will be confirmed in writing before you approve your order. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability and order complexity.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or damage from accidents or the elements. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to make a claim.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Summit Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
